Living Ethically Christmas 2009 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please read this information carefully:

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over except for employees of Ethical Earth Limited and Henry Tianus Limited, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who email their contact details (name and postal address) to xmas09@livingethically.co.uk by midnight 23rd December 2009.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter this draw.
   
3. The following information must be provided for an entry to be considered valid: name, home address and e-mail address.
4. All emails must be received by midnight 23rd December 2009, to be valid entries in the draw.
   
5. Only one entry per household.
   
6. The draw will be made on 24th December 2009.
   
7. There are three identical prizes of a set of Henry Tianus skincare products to be won.
8. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the draw date.
   
9. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
10. Prizes will be dispatched directly from Henry Tianus Limited within 7 days of the draw date.
11. Henry Tianus Limited reserve the right to substitute the stated prize with another of similar value if for any reason they are unable to supply the stated prize.
    
12. For winner's details please send an email to getintouch@livingethically.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.
    
13. The winners may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
14. We take your privacy very seriously. Personal details (name, home address and e-mail address) are required solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw, and will not be used for any other purposes, nor sold onto third parties.
